Certainly, I like to exercise with yoga stretching plus some ballet movement which I always do, some call it Tai-Chi, I call it Asian ballet!

What does Yoga mean? Apparently Yoga is a philosophy that refers to one of the six orthodox (āstika) schools of Hindu philosophy. Yoga in this sense is based on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and is also known as Rāja Yoga to distinguish it from later schools.
