Without following any particular dogma, which I avoid by all counts to whatever cult and ludicrous submissive preaching, just because any followings ends up with intensive brainwash! I'd like to keep my own brain intact versa "naturelle" as the wind blows creatively!
Certainly, I like to exercise with yoga stretching plus some ballet movement which I always do, some call it Tai-Chi, I call it Asian ballet!
